Pete's Tire was founded in 1992 by Pete Brock. He had worked in the tire industry for about fifteen years before venturing out on his own. He started his own business out of a leased building. After seven years, Pete was adventurous and decided that he should start yet another shop, located in Elkhorn. With the help of his eldest daughter, Rebecca, and his son-in-law, Mike, they bought out Consumer's Co-op. Rebecca and Mike were appointed to oversee this location.
